Delivery & Payment
Delivery Terms
Delivery is available to customers located anywhere in Europe,
with a valid delivery address within the European
Union.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at
the time of order.
Our deliveries are shipped in a carbon-neutral manner.
Shipping Costs (Incl. VAT)
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €3.90
per order.
For purchases of €50.00 or more, delivery is free.

Delivery Times
The delivery time begins upon order
confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is generally made
within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
In the event of a risk of non-payment, we reserve the right
to ship the order only after full receipt of
payment. The customer will be informed. The delivery time
will then begin upon receipt of payment.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will
automatically receive an email containing the tracking information.
Using the tracking number, you can check the status of your delivery online
at any time.
