That is why we offer you a 30-day "money-back"guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
This means you can shop at Siamora without any risk.
What does the 30-day guarantee mean for your purchase?
If you purchased Siamora heated panties from our online store
siamora.fr and are not satisfied with your purchase,
you can request a return within 30 days of the
purchase date under this guarantee.
Submit your request by email to contact@siamora.fr.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund
the full purchase price.
How do I request a refund?
1. Send your request by email to contact@siamora.fr, stating
your order number and the reason for the return.
2. After verification, you will receive return instructions by email,
including the address to which you should return your package.
3. Return the Siamora panties in their original packaging, unworn
and in perfect condition.
4. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a
full refund of the purchase price within 5 to 10 business days,
to the payment method used for your order.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the conditions?
✔ The guarantee is valid only within 30 days of
the date you receive your order.
✔ The panties must be returned unworn, in their original packaging,
and in perfect condition.
✔ The guarantee can only be used once per product.
✔ The guarantee only applies to products purchased directly
from the siamora.fr online store.
Products purchased through other retailers, marketplaces, or physical stores
are excluded.
✔ If multiple units of the same product were ordered, the guarantee
only applies to one product per order.
